New System Installation
We design and install automatic irrigation systems tailored to your property. The process starts with a site visit to map your lawn, beds, and water pressure. We then create a custom zone layout, install pipes and heads, wire the controller, and program your schedule.
We offer smart Wi‑Fi controllers that connect to your phone: start or skip watering from anywhere, adjust schedules based on weather, and monitor water usage. No more running outside to change settings.
Maintenance & Repair
We handle routine maintenance and repairs for all irrigation systems. This includes fixing leaks, replacing broken heads, adjusting misaligned sprays, cleaning clogged nozzles, and repairing valves or wiring. We also tune zones for even coverage and fix low-pressure or dead spots.
If you have a smart controller, we can help with programming, Wi‑Fi setup, and app configuration.
Spring Opening
Spring opening brings your system back online after winter. We turn on the water supply, pressurize each zone, check for leaks, and replace any damaged heads or valves. We adjust spray patterns, verify coverage, and program the controller for the growing season.
Scheduling your opening before the first hot stretch ensures your lawn and plants get the water they need from day one.
Fall Closing
Fall closing (winterization) protects your system from freezing. We shut off the water supply, blow out all lines with compressed air to remove standing water, and drain the backflow device. Any water left in pipes can freeze, expand, and crack fittings or pipes.
We recommend closing before the first hard frost. A properly winterized system avoids costly repairs in spring.
